Don’t use injector devices for flu vaccines, states FDA

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration advises healthcare professions not to use injector devices to administer influenza vaccines. Currently only one vaccine (Measles, Mumps, and Rubella) is approved for administration by jet injector; the FDA has no data to support the safety or effectiveness for other vaccines. Read more.
