FDA announces guidelines for polymyxin, vecuronium recall

On Jan. 12, The U.S. Food and Drug Administration announced that Bedford Laboratories states certain vials of polymyxin and vecuronium bromide, recalled because of the possibility of glass particles, should not be used but should be returned to the manufacturer.
