Same-day discharge for low-risk PCI patients not associated with increased rehospitalization

A JAMA study reports that in low-risk Medicare patients who undergo elective percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI), same-day discharge is “not associated with death or rehospitalization compared with overnight observation.” Read more.
