Study: Survival after in-hospital cardiac arrest improves

Risk-adjusted rates of survival to hospital discharge after in-hospital cardiac arrest increased from 13.7% in 2000 to 22.3% in 2009, according to a study in November 15’s New England Journal of Medicine. Hospitals in the study participated in the Get with the Guidelines—Resuscitation registry. Read more.
