Utah nurse reaches settlement over arrest

Alex Wubbels, the Utah nurse who was assaulted by a police officer after declining to give him a sample of an unconscious patient’s blood, has reached a $500,000 settlement with Salt Lake City, and the university that runs her hospital. Read more.
