Preconception folic acid supplementation reduces SGA at birth

A meta-analysis in BJOG: An International Journal of Obstetrics and Gynaecology (BJOG) reports that taking folic acid before conception significantly reduces the risk of small for gestational age (SGA) at birth. Read more and read the study abstract.
