Study: Gestational diabetes may increase risk for atherosclerosis later in midlife

Pregnant women who develop gestational diabetes may be at risk for early atherosclerosis during midlife before the onset of diabetes and metabolic diseases, according to a study in the Journal of the American Heart Association. Read more and read the study abstract.
